The Billion Dollar Body is excited to announce that you will now get the honor of hearing from BDB First Lady, Nicholas Bayerle’s wife, Amanda Bayerle, every Friday on The Billion Dollar Body Podcast.

Today Nicholas and Amanda are kicking things off talking about authenticity and happiness within a relationship. Plus Amanda talks about open relationships and how they built a business together.

Shoot us your questions, topics you’d like to discuss, and areas you’d like us to address in the Billion Dollar Body Brotherhood Facebook Group.

Time Stamped Notes:

  • [ 01:52 ] Get to Know Us
  • [ 04:48 ] The Why Behind The Show
  • [ 06:19 ] Happy and Broke to Happy and Successful
  • [ 09:02 ] Progress Equals Happiness
  • [ 12:05 ] Open Relationships
  • [ 14:02 ] What Are the Results
  • [ 17:27 ] Where is Your Focus in Your Life
  • [ 20:00 ] Who You Surround Yourself with

Takeaways:

  • “We started our relationship in a place where we were not financially stable.” Nicholas and Amanda were able to be happy together as a married couple without all the other “things”. Now that they are successful and have more opportunities they have found that their happiness levels have stayed even, they’ve always been happy and had fun in their relationship through both the good times and bad. When you have an awesome stable relationship you will want to conquer things together. Your circumstances shouldn’t dictate your relationship, you should want to be with your partner even when they don’t have all their ducks in a row. Money can make you happy but it shouldn’t be your foundation. Your happiness in your relationship shouldn’t be judged by external influences because if it was anything could break you up and tear you apart.
  • If one area of your life isn’t performing well, it will affect the other areas. When you are sick you can become more irritable in your work and relationship, if your business isn’t going right you'll lash it out on your relationship, if your relationship isn’t going well you're more likely to emotionally eat and neglect your health. How you do one thing is how you do anything.

Today Nicholas brings on comedian and businessman, Tommy Berretz. Tommy was not only BDB Live EMCE last year, but he will also be a speaker at BDB Live 2.0. Tommy has built,  exited, and sold at a profit, a multi seven figure business, now helping other people do the same thing. Among the many other things Tommy has done, he’s also made it a priority to pursue his passions, like the comedic arts and building self-running businesses as an entrepreneur!

Time Stamped:

  • [ 02:49 ] Building Businesses that are Self Sufficient.
  • [ 05:00 ] Pursuing Your Passions.
  • [ 08:06 ] Exiting and Sell a Business.
  • [ 12:00 ] Practical Steps to Have More Success.
  • [ 14:30 ] Investing in Coaches.
  • [ 20:15 ] Vision.
  • [ 23:15 ] Progressing in Your Passions.
  • [ 30:15 ] Do What You Want.

Takeaways:

  • A lot of people close to you are going to think that pursuing your personal passions is illogical. Don’t stop chasing your dreams to live a “practical” life. Instead use what is in your arsenal, skill sets you’ve already cultivated and trades you’ve learned to help you get ahead and then pursue your dreams. At some point you have to ask yourself, “If i had to do what I am currently doing for the rest of my life would I be disappointed and upset, or dissatisfied with the rest of my life?” If the answer is anywhere near yes, you should take a look at and evaluate the direction you are heading in your current job, career, business, etc. In order to find a way to pursue the things that you are actually passionate about. Don’t let your fear hold you back, stop listening to other people and start listening to yourself and trusting your inner voice.
  • In anything you want to do in life, you want to emulate the best, and the best, in any industry, invest in coaches. A truly good coach is there to push you past you're potential, even when you don’t think you can do it. You coach is there to tell you the things you need to do to get ahead and to reinforce your training day in and day out. You need to have a coach, mentor, mastermind group to provide you with support. Remember, as coach John Wooden says, “The Best Time to Learn is When You Think You Know It All.”
  • Use what you know now to get what you want. Many people work for other businesses and they could be very successful entrepreneurs. They are instead settling for stability in a job that they don’t like, don’t want to grow with, and don’t have a vision for. As long as you are growing the skills you have, even if you aren't using them in your dream job right now, you can use them to help make a profit that can later fund your exit to make a profit doing your dream job is.

Today host Nicholas Bayerle shares with us a peek into his BDB Live 1.0 talk about the four stages of life. Nicholas covers the four S’s survival, stability, success, and significance. He covers systemization and how to master your relationships. This key training has changed men’s lives and helped them propel their lives after BDB Live.

Timestamped:

  • [ 02:26 ] Order of Importance
  • [ 06:17 ] Control
  • [ 08:00 ] Stop Lying to Yourself
  • [ 10:00 ] Selfish
  • [ 12:45 ] Most Negative vs. Most Positive
  • [ 14:45 ] Self Care
  • [ 15:30 ] Commitment

Takeaways:

  • Relationship and Business are all dictated by you. Out of everything you can control, like your thoughts and emotions, apply to everything else. You can only control you, everyone can only control them. You can apply this to business, relationships, your health. No one can make you get out of bed, workout, get work done, invest in your marriage. It’s entirely up to you, that’s freedom, you are the only one you can dictate you.
  • You can be the most selfish and benefit people in your circle, communities, in the world. When you execute on things that make you happy, that you are passionate about, you will be fulfilling and performing to the best of your ability, therefore the people around you will be impacted by you being at your best.
  • Commitment is doing what you said you were going to do after the feeling is gone. If you say you are going to do it you actually have to follow through with it and do it. The action of doing will bring you results and that will bring you a feeling that will drive you to follow through with your other commitments.

Today Nicholas talks with BDB Live 2.0 Speaker, Jay Abraham, who is a top mentor and consultant to high-level entrepreneurs like Tony Robbins. They talk about the value you should have in your clients, being preemptive and understanding value creation.

Timestamped Notes:

  • [ 02:18 ] Attraction
  • [ 07:21 ] Human Condition
  • [ 10:36 ] Selling Product
  • [ 14:27 ] Customers vs. Clients
  • [ 17:13 ] Value Creation
  • [ 20:11 ] Interaction and Education
  • [ 26:51 ] Impact and Greatness
  • [ 36:13 ] Message
  • [ 40:00 ] The Process
  • [ 48:19 ] The Assets

Takeaways:

  • Be obsessed with being a multiplier, not a diminishing look to make everyone around be better off because your business is in their lives. Grow and develop your team and focus on making value based contributions to your market. Be preeminent in your business and personal life, live at a higher strata. Manifest greatness, don’t look to be iconic, but be committed to living a life that is truly meaningful, live with dignity. It is only possible to be seen as the most trusted advisor in any aspect of your life by first being willing to have a rich and authentic perspective. You need to be able to listen, hear and interact with people in the business and marketplace. So many people are driven mad with goals, fear, visions, and aspirations but can’t verbalize it. If you can verbalize your dreams you can express it clearly to your team and clients.
  • Everything in your product should have a superior outcome. You have a moral obligation and responsibility to the people you interact with because you have the vision of the greater impact on the lives you are encountering. If you can’t live in a future paced world you are too linear. Learn easy ways to relate to your clients, find metaphors and analogies that they will relate to and that will relate to the product. Don’t fall in love with your business, job, career, or company. Fall in love with the people you are serving and impacting.
  • You don’t deal with customers. The definition of a customer is: “Someone who buys a product, service, or commodity.” If you refer to people as a customer you are negating, settling for average, you are saying that you are a generic and transactional company, you’re no better than anyone else. A client is defined as, “Someone under the care and protection of another who is concerned for their well being.” When you have clients you make sure they are aware of every benefit you are offering them, you have a responsibility to make your clients the best they can be.

In today’s episode, our host Nicholas Bayerle sits down to talk to you, a group of like-minded businessmen. He shares with us what it takes to be a three-dimensional businessman, covering what you're destiny is as a businessman and the sacrifices you won’t have to make to become successful. Nicholas talks about the key aspects that will make you successful, your personal growth, your family life and relationships, your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health.

Timestamped Notes:

  • [ 01:01 ] Go Fast or Go Far?
  • [ 02:52 ] In Brotherhood We Thrive.
  • [ 03:45 ] You are the Most Valuable Asset!
  • [ 06:28 ] Who is the 3 Dimensional Businessman.
  • [ 07:06 ] Mission and Vision.
  • [ 09:10 ] Product and Solution.
  • [ 10:54 ] Giving Back.
  • [ 15:22 ] Progress Equals Happiness.
  • [ 19:13 ] Decisions.
  • [ 23:45 ] Getting into State.
  • [ 26:08 ] Living Your Brand.

Takeaways:

  • “If you want to go fast go alone. If you want to go far go with a group.” Geese fly in a group with each other, setting a pace and with little amount of effort and energy end up going 75% farther than they would have gone if they were alone. As a businessman when you go it alone you have to make sacrifices, from your health to your personal life and relationships. Making those sacrifices just to maybe gain success isn’t worth it. What is success if all you have to show for it is money? What is success if every other area of you life has been neglected and is seriously lacking?
  • 50% of success is just showing up. If you are struggling in most areas of your life, you know there is someone else out there that is empowered in that specific area, they are on a high because they have had the breakthrough that you are searching for. They are ahead of you, where you want to be. So why not surround yourself with those people, the ones who have been through the struggles, in the trenches, and learn from what they have done, their successes and failures, bypass the hoops they had to jump through by observing and learning from them. Surround yourself with people who will walk through the fire with you so that you don’t have to go it alone. If you do it alone you will have to make critical sacrifices to get what you want and end up empty-handed.
  • Who is the 3 Dimensional Businessman? Number One: Have a MISSION and VISION that is greater than your product or service. Number Two: Have a product or service that provides a solution or solves a problem in the world. Number Three: Giving Back with an abundance mindset.

Today Nicholas sits down to talk with relationship expert Giordana Toccaceli about how to be a high-quality man in a relationship and all about what women want. Giordana runs a women’s community filled with over

Time Stamped:

  • [ 03:05 ] What Men Want
  • [ 06:37 ] High-Value Women and Men
  • [ 12:31 ] What Women Want
  • [ 16:00 ] Get Out There
  • [ 19:00 ] Plan. Pursue. Communicate.
  • [ 23:45 ] Making Your Choice
  • [ 33:25 ] Commitment
  • [ 39:00 ] Monogamy
  • [ 41:20 ] Becoming a High-Value Man

Takeaways:

  • Masculine energy: A man who is self-defining, clear in who he is, is driven, takes charge owns his life, is chivalrous and a gentleman towards the opposite sex, breaks through and takes full responsibility for his actions, centers in his power, succeeds, he is resourceful. Feminine Energy: Sensuality, connection, prioritizing feelings and emotions over everything, everything to do with the soul, being in the present moment.
  • A woman feels safe with a man who is responsible, who isn’t passive in life, who looks to move the family in the direction of progress. When a woman has to take on a masculine role because the man won’t or can’t the women will lose her respect for him and feeling of safety. When a man is fulfilling his role as a leader and stepping into his responsibilities, women will feel safe, erotic, sexually and emotionally attracted to him.
  • If you’re a CEO of a company you are setting a vision, you know what direction you are moving in, you have a plan, your clarity. When you are with a woman you should also always be clarifying what it is she is stepping into with you. When you communicate with her be brief and clean, have a plan, “would you like to go out to dinner with me at (Time) (day)....” This is the plan. When a man presents a plan she will feel feminine, cared for and safe.

Today Nicholas talks with Jordan Harbinger a top podcaster on the international platform. They talk about everything from the desire to be universally liked to developing your interests and skill sets to be better at the things you love.

  • [ 26:57 ] Relationships and Business.
  • [ 30:00 ] Becoming Interested.
  • [ 36:38 ] Podcast.
  • [ 43:13 ] Skill Sets.

Takeaways:

  • Be aware that the symbols and motivators that you had when you were younger will not always drive you. You are supposed to outgrow them because you are growing. When you create you will soon arrive at a point when that creation is done and complete. A brand is something that you constantly grow with, within that brand you create smaller things that you will grow apart from as you're brand grows and changes.
  • If you are feeling unhappy in your business, it is in part normal because every business has its ups and downs. However, if you are continually in a downward spiral you need to reevaluate what is going on. Find the things you like to do, the areas you can thrive, what you're weaknesses are. Don’t be afraid to test yourself. You may think you don’t like teaching but find that what you truly don't like is what you are teaching, and instead when you are teaching something you love you enjoy teaching and are in fact very good at it.

He talks about his personal experience of saying no more to being Mr. Nice Guy and how to have a great love life.

Timestamped Show Notes:

  • [ 02:35 ] Backstory.
  • [ 05:53 ] No More Mr. Nice Guy.
  • [ 13:00 ] Who is a nice guy?

  • [ 33:28 ] Divorce.
  • [ 45:09 ] Embrace the Moment and The Person You are With.
  • [ 56:02 ] Failing Forward.

Takeaways:

  • There is a worldwide men’s movement that is growing and gaining traction, men’s are wanting to be better and grow personally so that they can improve their relationships and then their overall lives. Men are seeking answers by being vulnerable and putting themselves out there. Men want to feel masterful.
  • Nice guys have the temperament to be easy going and a desire to make people happy. However where that temperament goes wrong is in wanting to become who they think people want them to be and denying aspects of themselves that they think will receive a negative reaction from others.
  • Look to ascertain what is wrong in a situation before someone else has to do it for you. Look at it as dancing, men lead. You don’t have to lead all the time, but it is your job to be the leader. A relationship is about reciprocity, the woman will reciprocate the tone you set with your leadership.
  • When you are being your authentic self you have no competition when you are just meeting a woman be you and if she likes you it will be easier to maintain your relationship.

Today Nicholas talks with Trevor Chapman as Trevor shares his rags to riches story, dropping wisdom unlike any other guest before! Trevor is the host of the Chapman Show, has sold multiple businesses for 7 to 8 figures before the age of thirty-five.

Time Stamped:

  • [ 03:22 ] Results and the Hustle Mentality.
  • [ 10:00 ] Lasting Change
  • [ 12:00 ] Advance Business
  • [ 19:38 ] Identifying Opportunity
  • [ 24:58 ] Money and Significance
  • [ 27:57 ] Legacy and Impact
  • [ 36:36 ] What You Focus on Grows
  • [ 42:00 ] Deliberate Intention
  • [ 48:12 ] Reciprocation

Takeaways:

  • We are in the midst of hype and hyperbole, a time where #beastmode #grind #hustle are top trending. There is truth in this focus, it creates the concept that what it all comes down to is hard work, grinding and the hustle, when, while those are necessary elements, if you want more deserve more. You deserve more by winning more. It’s not the virtue of the hard work that gives you the results, it’s winning. Professional athletes aren’t drafted because they work hard, they are drafted because they win. Often the ones who win do work the hardest, proving that it is a symbiotic relationship between the two.
  • When we want to make lasting change our natural tendency is to add more things to our to-do list that we are already not getting to, to give our lives for complexity. I’ve found that when we want to make a true lasting change we should ask ourselves what will I no longer tolerate? By clearing the things that are stopping you from being able to achieve, clearing your obstacle. By clearing things you give yourself that option to grow into more of what you want.
  • What we focus on grows, the grass is greenest where it is focused on. Wherever you are at, focus on what you want and if you want to deserve more, win more in what you are doing. Naturally more options will occur but there are no shortcuts, there are small quantum leaps but we earn everything we have.

Goal and Purpose: To reset your body, rest discipline, helps you become in tune and aware of the things that get in the way of your productivity throughout the day.
  • By keeping your carbs low for too long you suppress insulin and other hormones that go into the fat burning process. An occasional glucose or insulin spike bring other hormones up with it helping in the fat burning process. The whole concept of cheat days can actually be beneficial if observed correctly.

For today’s episode, Nicholas sits down with Pejman Ghadimi, the founder of the secret entourage. Pejman has a company that does over 40 million annually, several other companies, has written 11 books and consults on exotic car purchases. Pejman has gone from a VP banker to a multimillion dollar business owner.

  • [ 20:04 ] Learning with What You Have.
  • [ 23:28 ] Mentors
  • [ 28:11 ] Exotic Car Hacks.
  • [ 37:46 ] Finding Purpose.

Takeaways:

  • When you realize what your talent or skill is, the area in which you excel above most who try the same thing, you have the opportunity to find various angles and make decisions to build your life around that talent. The vehicles in which you take that talent to people is nothing more than the way to execute or share, your talent is always the core, it’s just a matter of adapting and evolving to experience and maintain success. Good long-term businesses are built off of talent, new verticals are built off of recycled resources.
  • Entrepreneurship isn’t tied to your job or type of business, however, there is also a difference between business ownership, self-employment, and entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs look to create social change and social impact, their solution being creating building a scaling a business in order to jumpstart their social influence.
  • You can learn by paying attention, using what you have, your eyes and ears. Pay attention and observe what’s happening around you, who is successful, be curious and ask questions. No matter what you do you have your eyes and ears, this gives you an opportunity to advance every single day. Own the process and your role. In whatever you do and if you do it well, staying alert and aware during that process you will learn and consume a lot of information, once you consume information you're role is to process it and then ask further questions to enhance your curiosity. We invest so much time looking for channels of learning when we are the ultimate channel, we just need to optimize ourselves to be able to consume information properly without forcing it down on ourselves.

In today’s episode Nicholas sits down with his wife Amanda and they talk about what it takes to have a badass relationship. They share everything from the insight they’ve gained from their personal mentors, the books they’ve read, and lessons they’ve applied. As well as talking about what it takes to be an entrepreneur with a successful business life while maintaining a healthy relationship.

Timestamped Show Notes:

  • [ 02:30 ] What the entrepreneur needs in a relationship.

  • [ 07:12 ] Values

  • [ 15:11 ] Men and Women.
  • [ 18:45 ] Strengths and Weaknesses.
  • [ 19:30 ] Communication and Assumption
  • [ 27:00 ] Working Together.

Takeaways:

  • Many entrepreneurs have gone through multiple divorces, why? Entrepreneurs often get bored in romantic relationships because similar to other aspects of their lives entrepreneurs are always looking for next best thing and look for other stimulation. The core thing is always finding the right person with a personality that is conducive to yours, keeping you on your toes, that’s exciting, enthusiastic, and happy to change with you through life. For someone who is always implementing, innovating or changing you need someone to do that with you.
  • Taking 100% responsibility for your relationship means being 100% in your relationship and invested in it. Having a higher priority for the relationship over the things you want to do or achieve will give you a stronger and more solid bond, you may run into disagreements on the way but as long as the relationship is more important to you that situations and circumstances you can get through those disagreements. Have a relationship that is compatible from the get-go, with the lifestyles you want to create and live. Friendship interactions give you the opportunity to get to know those important key things about one another before becoming intimate.
  • Values: Get to know what the other person is all about, what they’re dreams are, what is important to them. Ask questions about their faith, spirituality, finances, business, career paths, health, the way they eat, what they like. Get clear on what they’re values are. Always check in with one another because as you grow different things will be important at different times, changing together and having that communication is important.
  • Whatever you have you can give to a relationship, when you don’t have something you can't offer it in a relationship. If you don’t have self-love you can’t give love in a relationship. If you don’t have compassion and empathy for yourself, you can’t give that in a relationship. The biggest key is to work on yourself to become a better person and then a better partner.

Men need role models as well, these types of spaces podcasts, events, communities and groups are absolutely essential to a man’s growth and development.
  • In the last few decades, the power and responsibility of social change have shifted. In our modern era businesses are the ones who are dictating how our societies are changing and shifting, how they look, businesses are shifting the way we live our lives at a fundamental level. It makes sense that people are looking to entrepreneurs as agents of change. People want to have a direct impact on the people they care about the most. Entrepreneurs are looking at some of society's biggest problems and finding ways to fix them, even the simple everyday problems.
  • Honest Audit: Taking an audit of your life, looking at the areas that are working exceptionally well and those that truly aren’t working. The areas to inspect are business and career, family, personal health, finances, mindset, getting an honest assessment of the positives and the negatives. Identifying who you can connect with and come clean with about some of those truths that you have been unwilling to talk about.

  • [ 13:11 ] Commitment and Decisions.

  • [ 20:16 ] Vision: Step One for Life.

  • [ 29:15 ] Fear vs. Opportunity

Takeaways:

  • “When I was two years old my dad pushed me down a hill on my bike without training wheels.” Without training wheels falling is okay, is there a higher chance of falling, or failing, or getting hurt? Yes. No one has ever gotten stronger by using a crutch. Training wheels are definitely a crutch, it keeps from falling but it also keeps you from learning how to balance. It won’t help you in the long run but it will keep you from getting hurt. “My dad realized that I wouldn’t have training wheels for the rest of my life.” Stop using training wheels in your own life, they keep you from falling but also keep you from learning. How can you fail fast and move on faster?
  • There is a big difference between commitment and passion. There is also a big difference between responsibility and passion. You can be passionate about something that isn’t your responsibility. In that case, it’s okay to go out and try new things. But when you have key things that are your responsibilities that's when you make the commitment, when you don’t feel like doing something you still follow through in doing it.
  • Education gives you the power to control your circumstances to change them for the best. “You aren’t fat, fat doesn't define who you are. You aren’t broke.” Broke and fat are just things you are experiencing right now. Can it change? Absolutely. As you get educated you can change and learn.
  • Finding you're ultimate vision is step one for life. What transformation do you want to create for the world or your life? What are the different ways that will get you there? You may not know all the answers, but you may know the ones that won’t get you there. It’s easy to say “I know my ultimate vision and this isn’t going to get me there.” As Les Brown says, “I’d rather be prepared and opportunity never come than opportunity come and not be prepared.”
  • “I’d rather do what I know is right and fail than do what I know is wrong and succeed.” Stop doing things that you hate to look good in front of everyone else. When you start living with the mentality “I don’t care if I fail in front of everyone as long as I don’t fail myself, I’m doing what I should be doing.” you’ll start having the biggest breakthroughs of your life.

Takeaways:

  • There used to be a time when men and women stood for something, they were willing to fight for something bigger than themselves, they were willing to wait, they were willing to invest, they had the courage to do things that may not seem safe but they knew in their hearts was right thing to do and was going to lead them to a much greater outcome than a similar and safe lifestyle. With the current generation, our heroes aren’t athletes like they used to be, the heroes of today are entrepreneurs and activists and business leaders, people who are willing to take big risks and come out on top. The Rob McAllan brand is built around the legacy of a family and a time when people walked with courage, “I’m a Rob McAllen man, I wake up and I walk with courage.”
  • At the end of the day, people are animals: we are the most visibly popular species on the planet. We have the strongest survival instinct of any other species. We fight for comfortability. But if we allow ourselves with the opportunity to be uncomfortable with no other alternative than to move forward you will be surprised at how creative and innovative you can be. You’re always going to find a way to make it work. Allow yourself the opportunity to step into the unknown. Have courage and surprise yourself with your innovation. Don’t settle for a safe and similar environment.
  • When you find people that have a passion and positive energy it’s taken in such a different manner. That’s been my key to success, surrounding myself with the right people who can share in my success and I can share in their, sharing stories to learn from. Overall our vision is about looking up not down.

In today’s episode, Nicholas talks with Rob Fajardo, host of the Leave Normal Behind TV Show. Rob has helped companies like Red Bull master their message on social media, making them an influencer. Rob gives us tips to market on social media, organically build in followers, as well as gain massive influence.

Time Stamped Show Notes:

  • [ 4:54 ] Question Based Problem Solving
  • [ 7:25 ] Content Creators and Value
  • [ 11:30 ] 4 Stages of Human Development.
  • [ 13:30 ] Influencer Competence in Branding.
  • [ 23:10 ] Building a Following.
  • [ 27:31 ] Commitment and Accountability.
  • [ 32:08 ] Limiting Beliefs.
  • [ 37:55 ] Masterclass.

Takeaways:

  • How do I become someone that has influence? Question-based problem solving is important because the people that are doing the best in their life have removed emotions from their problem solving and are instead solving problems with questions. “What do I want? What do I have now? What do I need to do?” Being question based as an influencer gives you the opportunity to seek out the value you have to offer to others that they can buy into. A lot of companies wrap up a good message in poor product.
  • Create content around the things that you already know, this way you don’t leave influence or money on the table. How can you ever expect anyone to know what you know if you aren’t giving them the opportunity because you aren’t creating the content to share what you know, your experiences, and add value.
  • Unconscious incompetence: Unaware of you're incontinence. Consciously Incompetent: Aware of where you are incompetent and undedicated. Your success may not mean as much because you know that you could do more to make your success better. Conscious Competence: Consciously aware of becoming more competent. Unconsciously Competent: Who you are and what you do is streamlined that your competence comes effortlessly.
  • A personal brand is your name, what you post on Facebook, Instagram, any form of social media is your personal brand content. Now you have to ask yourself if you are going to put effort into this, are you going to be competent. Repurpose what you learn, read and consume, what it is and how it makes you feel. You don’t have to create content from scratch, you can use anything that inspires you and reuse it. Share strategies that have helped you in your own business. Reframe your mindset, content is happening to you all day, film it while it’s happening, document it, share it.
